Hajj Guide
Plan Your Tour
Hajj is an obligatory (Fard) pilgrimage and is one of the five pillars of Islam. All pilgrims need to perform all the essential (Wajib) acts of Hajj to make it valid. However, there are many Sunnah acts performed by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ that enhance the spiritual depth, reward and completeness of Hajj.
Performing these Sunnah practices allows pilgrims to follow the footsteps of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and perfect their ibadah. Neglecting a Sunnah act does not invalidate Hajj, but performing them brings immense rewards and benefits.
Importance of Following The Sunnah During Hajj
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“Take from me your rituals (of Hajj).”
(Muslim)
This authentic hadith highlights that the excellence of Hajj lies in emulating the Prophet ﷺ as closely as possible, with sincerity and humility.
